Terms of Service

Last updated June 2026

These Terms govern your use of HyperLogin's software and services (the "Service"), operated by unaxus GmbH, the company behind HyperLogin, from Switzerland. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

HyperLogin provides end-to-end encrypted remote access between devices. You are responsible for the devices you connect to and for having the right to access them.

Accounts and licenses

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Paid plans are governed by the plan and license you select; limits and features are enforced from your license.

The Free plan is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial, business, professional, or organizational use requires a paid plan (Team, Business, or Enterprise).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to access systems without authorization, to break the law, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt the Service. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Payments

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed through our payment processor. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for the current billing period.

Intellectual property

HyperLogin and its software remain our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in line with your plan.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Swiss law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You can export or delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The courts of Zürich have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections. Questions: legal@hyperlogin.com.
