Is HyperLogin really free for personal use?

Yes. The Free plan stays free forever for one device and 40-minute sessions. No credit card, no trial countdown.

Can I switch between plans?

Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Your devices and history stay attached to your account.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA Direct Debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Business and Enterprise plans can pay by invoice.

Where is my data stored?

Account metadata is stored on your servers in Zurich (CH). Session content is end-to-end encrypted and never touches our servers in plaintext.

How does the uptime SLA work?

Business and Enterprise plans include a 99.95% monthly uptime SLA for the signalling layer. Contact sales for the full terms.

Do you offer student or non-profit pricing?

Students get HyperLogin free with the Student plan — just verify your academic email. For non-profit or volume pricing, contact sales.
