Subprocessors

Last updated June 2026

A subprocessor is a third party that processes personal data on our behalf to help deliver the Service. We host the core of HyperLogin — signaling, session relay, and our database — on our own infrastructure in Switzerland, and session content is end-to-end encrypted, so no third party can read it.

We rely on a small number of providers for functions we do not run ourselves:

SubprocessorPurposeLocation
StripePayment processing and billingEU / US
CloudflareNetwork protection (TLS, DDoS, edge)Global
SentryError and performance monitoringEU / US

These providers process limited personal data — such as billing details or technical diagnostics — and never receive decrypted session content.

Changes

We update this page when we add or remove a subprocessor and, where required, notify customers in advance so they can raise any concerns. Questions: privacy@hyperlogin.com.
