This Privacy Policy explains what personal data HyperLogin processes and why. unaxus GmbH, the company behind HyperLogin, is the data controller and is based in Switzerland, where account data is hosted.
Sessions are end-to-end encrypted. Your screen, input, files, and audio travel directly between devices over an encrypted channel. We route packets but cannot read session content.
To provide and secure the Service, process payments, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with the law, and for our legitimate interest in running a secure service. Where required, we rely on your consent.
We use a small number of carefully chosen providers for payments, network protection, and error monitoring. See our Subprocessors page for the current list.
We keep account and session metadata while your account is active, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless the law requires otherwise.
Core data is hosted in Switzerland. Where a subprocessor is outside Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Subject to applicable law (the Swiss FADP and the GDPR), you may access, correct, delete, or export your data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
