End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the HyperLogin desktop application (the "Software"), published by unaxus GmbH. By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA.

Licence grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, in line with your plan and these terms.

The Free plan is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial, business, professional, or organizational use requires a paid plan (Team, Business, or Enterprise).

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where the law permits; resell, rent, or sublicense it; remove proprietary notices; or use it to gain unauthorized access to systems.

Updates

The Software may download and install updates automatically to stay secure and compatible. This EULA covers updates unless they come with separate terms.

Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. unaxus GmbH and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Software.

Open-source components

The Software may include third-party open-source components licensed under their own terms, which prevail for those components.

Termination

This licence ends if you breach it or stop using the Software. On termination you must stop using and remove the Software.

Disclaimer and liability

The Software is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
